Shipping Policy

Our postage mission is getting your order fulfilled, dispatched and into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
If there is no one available to sign for the goods on the date of delivery an ‘Undelivered Card’ will be left and your order can be picked up from the nearest courier depot.
Please ensure delivery address is correct on checkout.

RE-DELIVERY
Missed deliveries where an order needs to be redelivered from the courier will incur a Minimum $25 redelivery charge from the courier service.

DELIVERY TIMES
Once the orders are shipped you will receive an email from us which will contain the freight company details and how to track the delivery status of your order online.
Deliveries are made during business hours 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday.

TAIL LIFT DELIVERIES

Items Over 35KG will be strapped to a pallet and coming via a Tail Lift Truck By Default to cater for Residential Areas, If you have a commercial address with a forklift to unload. Please reach out to Sales@toytuf.com.au with your item and address and we will requote it for you. Deliveries are made during business hours 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday

Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes.
